" I swear it is the true score !! Cockburn won by 2 shots !!!!! "

" I don't beleive you !!! "

So Sherro had to ring the Cockburn Bowling and sure enough it was true.

Well what a great 3 weeks the club that is famous for its fighting spirit has had. Firstly they knock over Premiership favourites the PowerHouse, then see off wanna be's Victoria Park and now the N.S.W State side, who is next we could ask!!!.
Must say it is almost unbeleivable and how sad for them that they might miss out on playing in the finals for the first time in their rich history.
Congratulations Cockburn what a victory and to think it was done with out Mr Bowls Mike Zusman who was overjoyed when he heard the news and as we all know his heart and soul is behind what ever the club has acheived.
Further news is two Osborne Park players wore the Cockburn shirt due to the absence of Mike Zusman and Mat Kurta who were both unavailable

The players in the Steve Srhoy rink were in awe of the display of skipper Peter Bellis who saved his side time and again to convert when down which was often.
