Tony Krajancic's rink trailed all thru in what was a tough battle for supremcy it was much the same as Wings Evans's rink when they picked up a 2/1/3 on the last 3 ends to run away from Grant Aldford and grab the point. It was a good hard game with all contributing to make it a good game, all W.A players were on their game.

Lindsay Thorn (sk) Geoff Whyatt Henry Slawinski Bill Galloway ................34
Wayne Manson(sk), Brian Butler, Ted Dudman, Graeme Burnie ...............12

A fine win for WA who really nailed the NT, three WA players represented the NT, Geoff Gunning, Brian Jepperson and John McElroy.
W.A face a big test when they take on NSW in the next game which will be played on the indoor carpet....

Graham Evans (sk), Pat Caffell, Geoff White, Gordon King .......................34

A great win by Wings to set up victory for WA

Tony Krajanic (sk) David Armstrong, Roger Barns, Glyn Vaughan ...............13
Ian Belsham (sk) Chris Parsonson, Stan Smolski, Colin Smith .....................17
This was a tough game, W.A started out very well, lead Glyn Vaughan and Roger Barns were piling them on in the first 5 ends only to see NT skipper Ian Belsham convert time and time again.
Overall the W.A front end had the call over the NT but the NT backend were in tiptop form

Lindsay Thorn (sk) Geoff Whyatt Henry Slawinski Bill Galloway .................25
Tom Hamilton (sk), Jim McElroy, Geoff Gunning, Jimmy Duncan ................18

Well done to Prickles to win this game, it was a good overall effort with Bill Galloway and Henry Slawinski winning the upfront battles to set it up for Prickles. This was the rink that our two W.A boys were involved

A good win for Wings and the boys after being 6 or 7 shots down that came home with vengance to be all square going into the last end

Tony Krajanic (sk) David Armstrong, Roger Barns, Glyn Vaughan____.__ 23
Ray Morrissey (sk), Noel Waite, Frank Tonn, Michael Allen___________.14

Tony Krajancic and his side lost a 3 on the first end and from then on it was all W.A with Glyn Vaughan leading a treat to set it all up. Roger Barns and Dave Armstrong played very well to back up Glyn's good work. Best for the Vics was Michael Allen

Lindsay Thorn (sk) Geoff Whyatt Henry Slawinski Bill Galloway________.22
Ian Ross I(sk), Barry Anset Dennis Arthur Rowan Sharp ______________26

Prickles and the side got out of the blocks quickly to lead 5-1 but that lead soon evaporated when they dropped a 6. From there it was a slog and finally went down. Best for W.A was skip Prickles Thorn and beat for the Vics was the leader Rowan Sharp
