----MOMENT OF TRUTH FOR THE KNIGHTS
This game hasn't got quite the same appeal it would have had two rounds ago when Cambridge had been flying for most of this season and is only one of two sides to beat the PowerHouse this season.
In recent games against the two bottom sides, Melville and Bedford has shown the Knights are a little brittle.
It might be just a simple form problem that all sides seem to go thru and they will recover their earlier form of the season, lets hope so !
The gun rinks of the Jones Boy and Trystan Smallacombe haven't had things all their own way over the last couple of games and have had to battle hard to win their rink, will find similar problems in this contest

Last game for the PowerHouse saw them account for Kalamunda bringing home 7 points on a difficult track
The PowerHouse look in tip top form have all rinks firing and with the game at home, will be hard to toss. John Slavich's rink lead the way this season for the PowerHouse will be out for revenge as his well performed rink lost one of their two losses for the season in the first round game against the Knights.
Dennis Katunarich is getting the best out of his side and represents another hurdle for the Knights if they are to win this contest, Nigel Cook makes his debut as a leader and we wish him well.
New skip Bruce Urquhart has been beaten only once this since taking on the job while Jon Sharp is proving to be the master of winning games that are tight and close, that seems to be the case almost every week, missing from the line up is Lindsay Thorn, we don't know who the replacement is
.

Because they have more depth

-----Muray Hulbert gets his bowl away perfectly
-Murray Hulbert

Murray Hulbert has been a steady player for Wanneroo this season will be flat in his endeavours to see the Wanneroo Express win the the big game this Saturday against the Osborne Park Saints

----FINALS ON THE LINE FOR THE EXPRESS

This game will be another game where the Wanneroo Express simply have to win. Often in the past we have seen the Express rise to the occasion with unexpected wins to remain in contention.
They are not without chance of victory if we look at their last two games.
Stein Davies has shown what a top class player he is with a brilliant display in the Master Pairs, we can expect his rink to be hard to beat
The Wanneroo Wizard's rink have been producing the goods since Neville Stevens became the third in that rink winning 6 of their last 8 games .
Geoff Ellis keeps coming up with solid wins while Ron Bates's rink have been on a 5 game losing streak and appear to be the rink that is most vulnerable for the Express

The Saints won their last game beating the Victoria Park Reds where most rink scores were tight
Osborne Park Saints know what is required but can they fulfill that requirement. At home they do have the advantage but the Express are traveling well and that advantage could count for naught.
The biggest influence in this game will be Daniel Trewhella's rink who are the best performed rink in the Premier League at the moment. Can any Express rink push them off the rails? If they can the Express are on the way toward victory.
Gary Caffell's rink have lost their past three games and when we look at the rink it is loaded with talent but they are getting done on the scoreboard. This game is a good time for the rink to play to the talent they possess.
John Goddard's rink have won three out of their last four games and will be another hurdle for the Express to overcome if they are to win this game.
While James' Jaworski's rink have copped only one bad loss since he took over the skippering role the rink is vulnerable in this game and must lift a cog or two to win if they are going to make the Saints a force to be reckoned with. They will find the Express rinks are hard to beat considering the form they have been in.

Because they must win

M. Biglin (sk) F. Anderson, J. Wardrop, M. Douthie

The Reds lost their last game to Osborne Park Saints bringing home just the one point.
This is a must win game against Kalamunda for them and they have the talent to do so.
Main problem for the Reds is what mood the Boys from the hills are in. They are so unpredictable that it would not surprise to see them bring their best game down to Kent street on Saturday afternoon.
Kalamund's last effort against the PowerHouse almost bought home the bacon.
With relegation now more than a

Russell Hughes Played a blinder last week but couldn't get his rink across the line has dropped his last 2 games albeit by small margins while Rooster has his normal side back and that showed with their win last week with a good win
Rhett Butler's rink are the best performed rink for the Reds so far this season. Rhett Butler has had very ordinary stats over the past two seasons has turned things around significantly with nine wins so far.

Because they are more consistent

------------ODDS IN FAVOUR OF THE MAGIC

The Magic were just 2 shots short of victory against Cockburn
The Magic will need to win this game and the way they are traveling it is more than possible. The Sth Perth Millers can't shake that Lambs away tag winning just the one game away from home in this their maiden season in the Premier League.

The inclusion of Doc Oakley and Jeff Hall has turned the Magic into a formidable 16 and their form over their past two games suggest they will win this game. A win here and we see them just a couple of points adrift of relegation, if both Kalamunda and Bedford lose.
Melville do have a hard road to hoe looking ahead of the draw but it is mathematically possible for them to avoid relegation.
Sth Perth face yet another challenge to win away and so far they are unable to come back from an away venue with the big end of the points.
Hopefully Cameron Girvan's rink draw Nick Reagan's rink, both have been fantastic for their clubs this season.
Last week Nick and his boys came back from the dead and buried to win by 1 shot while Cameron's rink can play any rink with a very good chance of winning the game.
Maybe it is time for the Millers to make a statement and win away from home

Because the Millers can't win away from home

BULLS AND ROOSTERS IN FINALS ATMOSPHERE

Bedford have been impressive of late and after their magnificent win against the Cambridge Knights would indicate they have a very good chance of victory if they can reproduce that form
There is plenty at stake for the Bulls who have emerged from a long run of losses by winning their last two games consecutively which has enhanced their chance of avoiding relegation.
Stu Bainbridge and his rink led the way to victory with a massive win against Ron Stockton. Stuart Bainbridge in not only one of the best skippers in the Premier League, he has shown another side of his character with his continual encouragement of the team and now we find that has become contagios and spread to the team in general.
There is a mood in the camp and they are confident the Bulls can win this game

Cockburn have all but lost their chance to make the finals tho it is mathematically possible if they win every game and sides above them suddenly lose their games.
The Roosters have a tough draw ahead of them and a loss here would the end for them
Over the years Cockburn have been renowned for their fighting spirit and that was on display last season when with their backs to the wall and led brilliantly by Steve Srhoy they beat Bedford in a do or die game to make the finals
Cockburn's form over the past four games has been very ordinary losing 3 of those last four games and a 2 shot win in their last game which was against Melville
Who will step up to the plate for Cockburn to take on the Bulls and lead them to a win?
All Cockburn skippers with the exception of Gary Carberry have far superior stats than any Bull Skips and normally that would give us some clue as to a sides chances
The game will be like a final such is the importance of this game for both clubs.
Will the experience of the Cockburn 16 be enough to dull the thrust of the in form Bedford Bulls
?

Because their form has been very good
