On a perfect but fresh April evening, over 96 business people came down to the Osborne Park Bowling Club to network with business people build team/staff moral and enjoy an evening with like minded business people.

The Osborne Park Bowling Club put on a great show and the Stirling Business Association sends their congratulations and thanks.

SBA members members and guests for a very reasonable price of $20 per head received bowls coaching, a beautiful steak dinner and a hearty competition to become SBA's best bowling team.

The Exectutive Officer (me) got a little too enthusiastic with the amount of guests coming and purchased a rather fancy trophy. So this will be a yearly event and I hope that you will see the value in coming for your business.

It was approached in two ways. Some members bought staff and had an enormous amount of fun, building team spirit and we also had networking teams were the SBA office put what we hoped to be a complimentary business together, maybe not the best idea considering the objective was to beat the other team...

The atmosphere was fantastic and we like to congratulate Richard Broad and his Westpac team for being the first Lawn Bowls Champions.

We did have some wooden spooner winners but we won't name and shame them..they were very close to winning the Team Spirit prize, but were narrowly pipped at the post by Kerry Chester and the Recruitment and Solutions Team
