Well done to the Osborne Park boys for their magnificent showing against the best teams in the country . Our poll showed Helensvale to be the favourite with 51% of the votes Osborne Park received 15% .

A significant win against Helensvale where they would have been the underdogs . Gary Caffell's rink saved the day with a most important win against Nathan Rice who is one of the best there is in Australia, Well done to Gary brother Pat, Grant Nicol and Justin Coleman.

The second game of the day saw John Goddard come from a long way down 2/13 to win 23/14 while James Jaworski and his rink held firm to beat the rink of Ali Forsythe 21/15

Tomorrow we see the Saints up against Tuggeranong Valley who cannot be underated after beating Taren Point in the second round. There is still work to be done for the Saints and as we know there is no such thing as an easy game at this level.

All bowls lovers here in the West will be tuning in for the live scoreboard and be hoping that the Saints can bring home such a prestigious title.
