Hi Sherro

Was having a chat at the club the other day and the youth policy for state selection came up. I don't know too much about it so i thought I would ask some questions if you don't mind.

1. What percentage of WA bowlers are over 50?

2. How many Ally Shields did WA win prior to the introduction of the policy?

3. How many Ally Shields have WA won since the introduction of the policy?

4. When was the youth policy started?

Please note... I am NOT having a go at selectors etc... I am however having a go at a policy that excludes bowlers of the caliber of the Krackajacks... Slammers et al
