I read your article on the \"suspension\" of Anthony Provost from the State Squad/Team and lacking fine detail I assume he is "guilty" of the facebook issue.

If that is correct I would like to know if Anthony admitted any wrong doing, or was he charged with any Bowls WA offense and as I cannot find any mention of this issue in the last minutes, was the Executive involved in this decision?

Also, were his peers given any opportunity to have input into this decision. for example did anyone contact John Goddard, Clive Adams, Trystan Smallacombe or John Slavich to name just a few.

Anthony is certainly no angel, but he does have immense talent and I think it will be far easier to influence his behaviour from inside the squad than outside.


I am interested in comments from my fellow bowlers.
