I believe Michael Radalj has hit the nail on the head.

Pam Glossop merely "executes" the wishes of the Executive commitee -- don't blame Pam.

It is time that the senior members of the executive take a long look at themselves, perhaps even consider re-thinking their ill-advised decision to kill off the popular Corporate Bowls initiative?
