I have decided it is time to add my say to this opinion,Bowls W.A have alot to answer for since this was once one of the cheapest sports to play, but they are changing all that around, first the players that get selected to play for our state now have to pay for it....what other sport does that.

Now Pam Gossip has come up with another great idea that all the corparate bowlers from each club should pay $15 capitaion fees, where does this money go, may be to keep the office stuff going or is it for the second development officer that they are thinking about employing cause we need it.

I am unaware of what all other bowlers around our state think but it seems to me that we keep paying out the money (for what was a cheap sport) and getting nothing back.

So just maybe it is time that Bowls W.A. starts thinking about our sport for the right reasons and if our players start dropping off at grass roots level we will not have any one left and no one to play at the top level cause the expence will be too much.
