BowlsWA say no photographs

What another genius stroke by Bowls WA.

By banning people taking photographs of the day's play they successfully prevent anyone from giving the level of coverage such an event deserves.

Perhaps they could justify such a ban if Bowls WA intended to provide such coverage themselves. For the record I didn't see any Bowls WA photographer at my sectional venue taking advantage of their exclusive rights to this event.

Why wouldn 't bowlers question the motives of our controlling body when decisions like this are made?
Are we seeing Bowls WA punish us for our questioning of their handling of certain issues in our great sport?

I think everyone knows where to look for the best coverage of this event (and all pennant bowls) Sherro.

It's just a shame you cannot use photographs on your site like you should be able to.
