I agree with others that the heat rule is farciscal, for the following reasons, (a) our club spent $210,000 to cover 2 greens which reduces the heat by 15 to 18 degrees.

(b) if you play 3div on Thurs. and it is forcast 38 you can play if you play 5th div. On saturday same forecast you can't.

Please leave it to the clubs to make the decision!
