I have to agree with Michael Radalj when he says that the Heat Policy is not correct. I have sat through enumerable Country Committee meetings, where the old hardy "what do we do when it gets too hot, say 38 to 40."

The representatives from Northern and Eastern zone would laugh at us and tell us if they didn't go out and play when the temperature reached 40 degrees there would be no Saturday pennants in their zones.

They must think city players are wusses.
