Hi Sherro,
With respect to Lenny, I believe he missed one important point. In order for the Police, CCC or any agency to listen to or read private conversations/documents a warrant is required.

The thing I would also like to add is that whoever this person is they need to understand that someone who is a supposed \'friend\' has repeated a conversation that was had \'in confidence\'.

Not the actions of s \'friend\' at all.

My view for what its worth is if it is not in the public domain (which it certainly is not) then it is none of anyones business. To the so called \'friend\' who betrayed a confidence... SCUMBAG!
