Results of the Carlisle Quick and the Dead Mixed Pairs played over the weekend and organized by Frank McGrath who has done a great job with this carnival and once again has attracted a quality field to contest the event, there were 36 teams entered for this popular carnival .

Congratulations to the winners, Peter Ker and Christina Krstic. This talented pair won this event last year and they might have to put them on a handicap to give someone else a chance to win it next year.

Second was Manning's Trevor Williams and his lovely lady Bev, upon receiving their prize some wag in the crowd said Trevor was lucky if he could win six games in a year let alone winning six games straight in an event such as this.
Helen Morss is a name that we all know is no surprise to see this talented lady up on the winners diaz collecting third prize along with Simon Caven who plays for the Vic Park Reds
